A while back we made our escape from
life in the "Fast Lane", packed up our trusty Chilepepper-red Land
Cruiser, and here we are in Southern New Mexico, where the sun shines
360 days a year, things move a little slower, and one of everyday
life's important questions is, "Red
or Green?"...Chile, that is! Yep, we've become addicted to our
state's most famous vegetable (or is it a fruit?...seems to be some
debate...Whatever!) We've happily embraced the chile culture,
produced a New Mexico Chile cookbook and how-to video, and visited
some interesting places around the state. Check us out, you'll
